 1. RULES
1.1. FIDE Laws of Chess and TCF Chess Tournaments Procedures are valid for the festival tournaments.
2. CATEGORIES-REGISTRATION-APPLICATION
2.1. Open to all Turkish players who have TCF License with valid visa for 2013-2014 season.
2.2. Open for foreign players who has FIDE ID they may show a valid passport. Foreign players can not register if they have not FIDE ID.
2.3. Tournaments will be held according to below categories, systems, dates and time control.
2.4. Registration must be done through online registration form which can be found on the official tournament website, www.istfest2013.tsf.org.tr until 09th October 2013 at 17:00. There is not any other way for the registration.
2.5. Registration for the Blitz tournament will close on 17th October 2013 at 21:00
2.6. Registered players can pay their registration fee upon tournament place during the registration control.
2.7. GM titled players do not pay registration fee.
